Due to the growth within the Company, we are going to improve the structure the warehouse as a result of this a vacancy currently exists for the position for Export Warehouse Team Lead.
Job Description
The successful applicant for this will be responsible for leading the team as they complete their daily work and ensuring it is completed efficiently and to the standard required. Ensuring Department Roles and Responsibilities and Department KPI’s as set by the company are being carried out to a high standard.

Hours Of Work
Initially working from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (M-F), this position will require flexible working between the 07:00am – 15:00hrs and or 15:00 – 23:00hrs, M-F.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the warehouse team to ensure all daily tasks are completed to Network International Standards
- Maintain morning start up and evening close out to the standard required
- Deputise as warehouse Supervisor when required
- Ensure all daily routine maintenance checks are completed and any issues or defects reported
- Maintain the warehouse working areas, Housekeeping, Safety and Security standards are followed
- Liaise with all departments on daily warehouse requirements
- Attend Daily operation meetings
- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned and / or varied by the warehouse supervisor from time to time in light of growth and development
- Ensure all close out activities and reports are completed
- Full close up of the site
- Liaise with Internal suppliers, Transport ,CS, FFW,TMS
Skills / Qualifications
- Good Time Management skills
- Counterbalance Forklift and Narrow Aisle Forklift Certified
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential
- Ability to lead a team, meeting daily deadlines
- Computer Skills and advantage
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility
- A Level of Azyra would be beneficial
The successful candidate will be required to complete an 8 week on the job trial period.
