}Social FActors
We are committed to building a workplace where differences are celebrated, and every employee feels they belong.
Diversity
Embracing differences across race, gender, age, ability, and background because more perspectives lead to better outcomes.
Equity
Ensuring our processes are impartial and provide equal opportunities for every individual in our organisation.
Inclusion
Building a culture where every employee feels valued, supported, and free to be themselves at work.

Governance Factors
At Network International, good governance means holding ourselves accountable not just to our clients, but to our people, our community, and the planet. We review our Gender Pay Gap analysis annually and are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical business practice across our supply chain. As our ESG programme matures, we are working towards formal sustainability reporting and additional third-party accreditations such as EcoVadis which we now hold. Governance is the foundation that makes our environmental and social commitments credible, and we take that responsibility seriously.
