Position reports to:

Customer Service and Client Service Managers.

 Job Description:

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email, to ensure that customers receive quality service and support, in an efficient, knowledgeable, and timely manner
  • Logging and tracking jobs on our in-house Booking systems (Azyra and Excel)
  • Assisting /covering for fellow team members
  • Tailored Customer Reporting
  • Create and maintain a high-quality work environment
  • Must be able to work well in team environment and work with both Internal and External customers
  • Ensure all customer paperwork is managed in an effective manner

  Skills / Qualifications:

  • Good level of Excel skill would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Azyra is an advantage
  • Quality and detail focused
  • Good time management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks
  • Good knowledge of load planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility
