Position reports to:
Customer Service and Client Service Managers.
Job Description:
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email, to ensure that customers receive quality service and support, in an efficient, knowledgeable, and timely manner
- Logging and tracking jobs on our in-house Booking systems (Azyra and Excel)
- Assisting /covering for fellow team members
- Tailored Customer Reporting
- Create and maintain a high-quality work environment
- Must be able to work well in team environment and work with both Internal and External customers
- Ensure all customer paperwork is managed in an effective manner
Skills / Qualifications:
- Good level of Excel skill would be an advantage
- Familiarity with Azyra is an advantage
- Quality and detail focused
- Good time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks
- Good knowledge of load planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility
